The Fiber Venture Fund creates financial opportunities by directly investing in private companies. These investments can fund new technologies, acquisitions, working capital expansion, or strengthening specific companies’ balance sheets, offering funding to small businesses and new ventures with long-term growth potential. Fiber Venture is frequently used as a financial backer before an IPO or a large venture fund invests in the company’s capital development.
The Fiber Venture Fund doesn’t limit itself by only investing in equity. Loans with a repayment guarantee can be made to businesses in the form of secured loans. A collateral loan is an effective and quick way to finance any project.
- Investment duration: 3-12 months.
- Interest rate: From 12 % p.a. and partially in company equity.
- Invested projects: Mainly CEE and USA.
